The configuration of the hills, the limited expanse of flatlands and above all Lake Trasimeno itself, create a micro-climate whice is perfect for the cultivation of vine and olives
The vines themeselves seem to hold a respect for the other fruit, colours and scents which this land has provided for centuries, located as they are on the edges of a wood, close to an olive grove and amongst fields of wheat and sunflowers.
